Rural Housing Scheme
MUKHYA MANTRI AWAAS YOJANA
The government has sanctioned to construct houses under MMAY scheme for the benefit of rural poor for which unit cost of Rs. 3, 96,000/- for Nepali house and Rs. 3, 97,000/- for Bhutia and Lepcha houses respectively have been fixed. The total number of beneficiaries to whom this benefit is to be provided is 450. The total amount for construction of these houses has been calculated to Rs. 17, 83, 14,000/- we have Rs.18.00 crore available in the current financial year for this purpose. Details are as under:-
